We use a secure, centralized document intake system to efficiently receive and process your files. Your documents are stored safely on Microsoft OneDrive, an enterprise-grade cloud platform.

Before You Upload: Document Requirements

Language Requirements

All documents must be in English or French. If your documents are in any other language, you must provide a certified translation along with the original document.

Quality Standards

Ensure your scanned or photographed documents meet these requirements:

  • All four corners visible - Don't crop edges or margins

  • Clear and legible - Text must be readable without blur or shadows

  • No watermarks - Remove or avoid app watermarks that cover any information

  • Complete pages - Include all pages of multi-page documents

  • Proper orientation - Ensure documents are right-side up

  • Adequate lighting - Avoid dark or washed-out images

Common issues to avoid:

  • Partially cropped pages

  • Fingers covering text or corners

  • Glare from overhead lighting

  • Mobile app watermarks obscuring information

  • Blurry or out-of-focus images

Tips for Successful Document Submission

Organize Before Uploading

  • Group related documents together

  • Check that you have all required documents before starting

Supported File Formats

  • PDF (preferred for scanned documents)

  • JPG/JPEG (acceptable for photographs)

  • PNG (acceptable for screenshots)
