You handle your own application. I am here to guide you through it.
This is not a representation service. I will not prepare your forms, edit your documents, or submit anything on your behalf. What I will do is answer your questions, help you understand the process, and point you in the right direction. I may leave comments or tips on documents at my discretion.
How It Works
Every engagement starts with a 45-minute Immigration Consultation. This is mandatory. It gets us on the same page, covers your situation, and opens up access to follow-up support.
After that, every interaction is billed in 15-minute blocks at $50 each, invoiced before time begins. This includes email replies, WhatsApp calls, and Teams sessions.
Access Window
Follow-up support is available for 12 months from your initial consultation date and is limited to the specific application type discussed in that consultation. A different application type requires a new 45-minute consultation to re-engage.
Billing Items
Initial consultation — $150 (45 minutes, mandatory)
Follow-up support — $50 per 15 minutes
Email replies — $50 per 15 minutes (minimum one block)
All prices in CAD, excluding applicable taxes. IRCC fees are separate and paid by you directly to IRCC.
Session Formats
Initial 45-minute consultation — Teams with screenshare
Follow-up sessions — WhatsApp call up to 15 minutes. Sessions expected to exceed 15 minutes may be scheduled as a Teams meeting. Screenshare is available in 45-minute or longer sessions only.
Email replies — billed at the same rate, no session required.
